The Foreclosure Prevention and Response series is a specially-crafted training program to help you navigate short sales and sales of properties in foreclosure. Free to REALTOR® members, the FPR program consists of both a live component taught by Linda Kody, Loss Mitigation Certification guru and Massachusetts REALTOR Educator of the Year, as well as a a video series led by Mildred Wilkins, Foreclosure Intervention Specialist.
 
 
 
The seven-part video training in Foreclosure Prevention and Response is only accessed through this website. Each episode is roughly one hour in length and you may watch them in any order you choose.
