Local: The Northeast Association of REALTORS® (NEAR)
The Northeast Association of REALTORS® Inc. (NEAR)
is the result of the 1998 merger of the Greater Lawrence and Greater
Lowell Boards
of REALTORS®. NEAR’s official jurisdiction covers 15 cities
and towns from Boxford to Littleton, including Lowell and Lawrence, but
now has members from more than 50 cities and towns, many in southern
New Hampshire! NEAR has more than 1,200 REALTOR® and 200 Affiliate
members, most of whom are located within NEAR’s official territory.
Office hours are Mon. – Fri. from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
NEAR's member communications are designed to keep members informed of the latest industry news,
services and products available, upcoming events and programs, membership
changes, and others items of interest to REALTORS® in the region.
Primary REALTOR® members of NEAR also hold membership in both the
Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® and the National Association
of REALTORS®. NEAR members have discounted access to MLS/PIN, the
region’s Multiple Listing Service (800/695-3000). NEAR is also
a local service center for MLS/PIN’s Electronic KeyBox system.
