In order to maintain your Mass. Real Estate license, you are required to take 12 hours of Continuing Education credits every 2 years. The Northeast Association of Realtors® is offering courses every month at NEAR Headquarters. The instructor is Kathy Roosa, and credits earned here can be applied to NH state-mandated elective credits.

According to MA Licensing Regulations you cannot be more than 10 minutes late for a course to earn credits.

If you are a Realtor®, you must fill out the name of the board to which you belong on the payment form in the next step.
